# The angular spectrum of random velocities of extragalactic sources

### Abstract

We consider the contribution of the stochastic component in the multipole spectrum of angular velocities of extragalactic sources. We build the complete orthonormal set of vector spherical functions, expand the vector field of angular velocities in a Fourier series in these functions, and calculate the two-point correlators of the vector spherical harmonic amplitudes and the rotationally invariant multipole coefficients. It is shown that the spectrum of multipole harmonics does not depend on the multipole number. We discuss a comparison of the theoretical predictions with experimental data.
